What we collect

Only what you type in. That is your first name and email address if you request the Repair Script, your email address and your four Temperature Check answers if you take the quiz, and whatever the scheduling page asks for if you book a call. We also record which ad or link brought you here.

Why the quiz answers matter more

Your Temperature Check answers describe how you feel about your relationship. We treat them as sensitive. They are used to generate your score and to tailor the emails you receive, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not attach them to advertising audiences.

Who processes your data

MailerLite stores your email address and sends you the emails you asked for. Cloudflare serves this site. Calendly handles scheduling if you book a call. The therapist you are matched with receives your contact details so they can meet with you. If advertising tracking is switched on, Meta receives a signal that a conversion happened — never your quiz answers, and never the content of anything you write.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last interaction, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@couplestherapy.network, and we will do it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason.

Not medical records

We are a referral service, not a healthcare provider, so what you submit here is not a protected medical record and HIPAA does not apply to this site. Once you become a client of a practice, the notes from your sessions there are covered by that therapist's professional confidentiality obligations. Those are two separate things and it is worth knowing the difference.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
